Уязвимость компонента bmp2tiff библиотеки LibTIFF вызвана недостаточной проверкой входных параметров biWidth и biHeight в заголовке bitmap-information BMP-изображения. Эксплуатация уязвимости может позволить нарушителю, действующему удалённо, получить доступ на чтение данных за границами буфера, выделенного в динамической памяти
