Уязвимость реализации операций резервного копирования и восстановления данных программного обеспечения управления виртуальной инфраструктурой VMware vCenter Server Appliance связана с недостатками проверки подлинности сертификата. Эксплуатация уязвимости может позволить нарушителю, действующему удалённо, получить несанкционированный доступ к защищаемой информации с помощью сетевых протоколов FTPS и HTTPS
