Уязвимость функции bfd_cache_close компонента bfd/cache.c программного средства разработки GNU Binutils связана с использованием памяти после её освобождения. Эксплуатация уязвимости позволяет нарушителю, действующему удаленно, получить доступ к конфиденциальным данным, нарушить их целостность, а также вызвать отказ в обслуживании
