Уязвимость функции bfd_make_section_with_flags компонента section.c программного средства разработки GNU Binutils связана с ошибками разыменования указателя. Эксплуатация уязвимости позволяет нарушителю, действующему удаленно, получить доступ к конфиденциальным данным, нарушить их целостность, а также вызвать отказ в обслуживании с помощью специально созданного файла
