Уязвимость функции mb_regex_encoding() интерпретатора языка программирования PHP связана с несоответствием списков кодировок между библиотеками Oniguruma и mbfl в результате ошибки разыменования указателей. Эксплуатация уязвимости может позволить нарушителю, действующему удалённо, вызвать отказ в обслуживании
