Для эксплуатации уязвимости злоумышленник должен сначала войти в систему. После этого он способен запустить специально разработанное приложение, чтобы использовать уязвимость и получить контроль над атакуемой системой.
Решение
Обновление устраняет уязвимость, запрещая Diagnostics Hub Standard Collector и Visual Studio Standard Collector удалять файлы в произвольных местах.
