Описание
В системе Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) существует уязвимость, позволяющая злоумышленнику обойти политику блокировки для внешней сети.
Условия эксплуатации
Для эксплуатации уязвимости злоумышленник способен запустить специально разработанное приложение, позволяющее провести атаку типа перебора паролей или вызвать блокировку учетных записей в Active Directory.
Решение
Этот выпуск безопасности исправляет метод обработки ADFS внешних запросов на аутентификацию.
