Условия эксплуатации
Для эксплуатации этой уязвимости злоумышленник должен иметь возможность выполнять программы с ограниченными правами на системе жертвы. Успешно использовав уязвимость, злоумышленник способен выполнить произвольный код с повышенным уровнем доступа. Это позволяет злоумышленнику устанавливать программы, просматривать, изменять или удалять данные, а также создавать новые учетные записи с полными правами пользователя.
Решение
Обновление безопасности устраняет уязвимость путем корректировки обработки Windows Installer определенных операций файловой системы.
