Для эксплуатации уязвимости злоумышленник сначала должен получить возможность выполнения кода на системе жертвы. После этого злоумышленник способен запустить специально созданное приложение для повышения своих привилегий.
Решение
Обновление безопасности устраняет уязвимость, корректируя способ обработки памяти в Windows CSC Service.
