Описание
Уязвимость позволяет злоумышленнику создавать файлы в произвольных местах.
Условия эксплуатации
Чтобы воспользоваться данной уязвимостью, злоумышленник должен сначала войти в систему. После этого он способен запустить специально разработанное приложение, которое эксплуатирует уязвимость и получает контроль над атакуемой системой.
Решение
Обновление безопасности исправляет уязвимость, корректируя метод управления Windows Media Service созданием файлов.
