Описание
Уязвимость повышенного уровня доступа возникает из-за некорректной обработки библиотекой StartTileData.dll процесса создания файлов в защищенных локациях. Злоумышленник, успешно использующий уязвимость, способен выполнить код с повышенным уровнем доступа.
Условия эксплуатации
Для эксплуатации уязвимости локальный аутентифицированный злоумышленник может запустить специально созданное приложение.
Решение
Обновление безопасности устраняет уязвимость за счет корректной обработки библиотекой StartTileData.dll функций, связанных с созданием файлов.
