- removed Requires: rhino, BuildRequires is enough
- added JRE_RELEASE_VERSION and ALT_PARALLEL_COMPILE_JOBS
- fixed FT2_CFLAGS and FT2_LIBS
- ppc64 repalced by power64 macro
- patch111 applied as dry-run (6.5 forward port)
