Описание
Race condition in the mac80211 subsystem in the Linux kernel before 2.6.32-rc8-next-20091201 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (system crash) via a Delete Block ACK (aka DELBA) packet that triggers a certain state change in the absence of an aggregation session.
Отчет
This issue did not affect the versions of the Linux kernel as shipped with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3 and 4 as they do not have support for the mac80211 framework. It did not affect the version of the Linux kernel as shipped with Red Hat Enterprise MRG as they do not include the upstream patch that introduced this vulnerability. A future update will address this flaw in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.
