In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: jfs: Fix array-index-out-of-bounds in diFree
Отчет
This vulnerability is rated as having a Moderate impact because exploitation requires local access with the ability to mount or manipulate a specially crafted JFS filesystem. In default Red Hat Enterprise Linux configurations, unprivileged users cannot mount arbitrary block devices or filesystem images. Furthermore, JFS is a legacy filesystem that is not utilized or loaded by default in standard deployments, substantially limiting real-world exposure.
