In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ntfs3: Add bounds checking to mi_enum_attr()
Added bounds checking to make sure that every attr don't stray beyond
valid memory region.
A flaw was found in the Linux kernel's ntfs3 filesystem driver. Missing bounds checking in the mi_enum_attr() function could allow a local attacker to cause memory corruption. This vulnerability may lead to a denial of service or potentially information disclosure.
