Описание
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ksmbd: fix use-after-free in ksmbd_free_work_struct
->interim_entry of ksmbd_work could be deleted after oplock is freed.
We don't need to manage it with linked list. The interim request could be
immediately sent whenever a oplock break wait is needed.
A flaw was found in the ksmbd component of the Linux kernel. This use-after-free vulnerability occurs when the interim_entry of ksmbd_work is prematurely deleted after an opportunistic lock (oplock) is freed. A local attacker could exploit this memory corruption flaw to cause a denial of service or potentially achieve arbitrary code execution, leading to a complete compromise of the system.

Mitigation for this issue is either not available or the currently available options do not meet the Red Hat Product Security criteria comprising ease of use and deployment, applicability to widespread installation base, or stability.
