NVIDIA Display Driver for Linux contains a vulnerability in a kernel module, where an attacker might be able to trigger a null pointer deference. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to denial of service.
A vulnerability exists in the Linux driver kernel module of the NVIDIA Display Driver. A local, low-privileged user may trigger a NULL pointer dereference. On successful exploitation, this can result in system instability or a denial of service.
