Let's use bpf_prog_run_pin_on_cpu() in nf_hook_run_bpf().

A flaw was found in the Linux kernel. A local attacker can exploit a vulnerability in the BPF (Berkeley Packet Filter) netfilter component. By calling the BPF program without migration disabled in the transmit path, an attacker can trigger an assertion failure in __bpf_prog_run(). This can lead to a kernel panic, resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS) on the system.
