Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows high privileged attacker with network access via multiple protocols to compromise MySQL Server, MySQL Cluster. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of MySQL Server, MySQL Cluster. A flaw was found in the MySQL Server Components Services. A high-privileged remote attacker with network access can exploit this vulnerability under specific conditions to cause a Denial of Service (DoS). Successful exploitation allows an attacker to cause the server to hang or crash repeatedly, disrupting availability.
