CVE-2026-43195

Опубликовано: 06 мая 2026
Источник: redhat
CVSS3: 5.5

Описание

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amdgpu: validate user queue size constraints Add validation to ensure user queue sizes meet hardware requirements:

  • Size must be a power of two for efficient ring buffer wrapping
  • Size must be at least AMDGPU_GPU_PAGE_SIZE to prevent undersized allocations This prevents invalid configurations that could lead to GPU faults or unexpected behavior.

A flaw was found in the Linux kernel's drm/amdgpu graphics driver. This vulnerability arises from inadequate validation of user-provided queue sizes, which do not meet hardware requirements. An attacker could exploit this by supplying invalid queue size configurations, potentially leading to GPU faults or unexpected system behavior, which could result in a denial of service.
