In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net: ethernet: ec_bhf: Fix dma_free_coherent() dma handle
dma_free_coherent() in error path takes priv->rx_buf.alloc_len as
the dma handle. This would lead to improper unmapping of the buffer.
Change the dma handle to priv->rx_buf.alloc_phys.
A flaw was found in the Linux kernel's ec_bhf ethernet driver. An issue in the error handling path of the dma_free_coherent() function incorrectly uses priv->rx_buf.alloc_len as the Direct Memory Access (DMA) handle instead of priv->rx_buf.alloc_phys. This improper unmapping of the buffer could lead to memory corruption or system instability, potentially resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS).
