CVE-2025-21789
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: LoongArch: csum: Fix OoB access in IP checksum code for negative lengths Commit 69e3a6aa6be2 ("LoongArch: Add checksum optimization for 64-bit system") would cause an undefined shift and an out-of-bounds read. Commit 8bd795fedb84 ("arm64: csum: Fix OoB access in IP checksum code for negative lengths") fixes the same issue on ARM64.

CVE-2025-21786
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: workqueue: Put the pwq after detaching the rescuer from the pool The commit 68f83057b913("workqueue: Reap workers via kthread_stop() and remove detach_completion") adds code to reap the normal workers but mistakenly does not handle the rescuer and also removes the code waiting for the rescuer in put_unbound_pool(), which caused a use-after-free bug reported by Cheung Wall. To avoid the use-after-free bug, the pool’s reference must be held until the detachment is complete. Therefore, move the code that puts the pwq after detaching the rescuer from the pool.
CVE-2025-21785
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: arm64: cacheinfo: Avoid out-of-bounds write to cacheinfo array The loop that detects/populates cache information already has a bounds check on the array size but does not account for cache levels with separate data/instructions cache. Fix this by incrementing the index for any populated leaf (instead of any populated level).

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amdgpu: bail out when failed to load fw in psp_init_cap_microcode() In function psp_init_cap_microcode(), it should bail out when failed to load firmware, otherwise it may cause invalid memory access.
CVE-2025-21783
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: gpiolib: Fix crash on error in gpiochip_get_ngpios() The gpiochip_get_ngpios() uses chip_*() macros to print messages. However these macros rely on gpiodev to be initialised and set, which is not the case when called via bgpio_init(). In such a case the printing messages will crash on NULL pointer dereference. Replace chip_*() macros by the respective dev_*() ones to avoid such crash.

CVE-2025-21777
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ring-buffer: Validate the persistent meta data subbuf array The meta data for a mapped ring buffer contains an array of indexes of all the subbuffers. The first entry is the reader page, and the rest of the entries lay out the order of the subbuffers in how the ring buffer link list is to be created. The validator currently makes sure that all the entries are within the range of 0 and nr_subbufs. But it does not check if there are any duplicates. While working on the ring buffer, I corrupted this array, where I added duplicates. The validator did not catch it and created the ring buffer link list on top of it. Luckily, the corruption was only that the reader page was also in the writer path and only presented corrupted data but did not crash the kernel. But if there were duplicates in the writer side, then it could corrupt the ring buffer link list and cause a crash. Create a bitmask array with the size of the numbe...

CVE-2025-21773
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: can: etas_es58x: fix potential NULL pointer dereference on udev->serial The driver assumed that es58x_dev->udev->serial could never be NULL. While this is true on commercially available devices, an attacker could spoof the device identity providing a NULL USB serial number. That would trigger a NULL pointer dereference. Add a check on es58x_dev->udev->serial before accessing it.
CVE-2025-21772
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: partitions: mac: fix handling of bogus partition table Fix several issues in partition probing: - The bailout for a bad partoffset must use put_dev_sector(), since the preceding read_part_sector() succeeded. - If the partition table claims a silly sector size like 0xfff bytes (which results in partition table entries straddling sector boundaries), bail out instead of accessing out-of-bounds memory. - We must not assume that the partition table contains proper NUL termination - use strnlen() and strncmp() instead of strlen() and strcmp().

CVE-2025-21777 In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ring-buffer: Validate the persistent meta data subbuf array The meta data for a mapped ring buffer contains an array of indexes of all the subbuffers. CVE-2025-21775 In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: can: ctucanfd: handle skb allocation failure If skb allocation fails, the pointer to struct can_frame is NULL. This is actually handled everywhere inside ctucan_err_interrupt() except for the only place. Add the missed NULL check. CVE-2025-21773 In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: can: etas_es58x: fix potential NULL pointer dereference on udev->serial The driver assumed that es58x_dev->udev->serial could never be NULL. While this is true on commercially available devices, an attacker could spoof the device identity providing a NULL USB serial number. That would trigger a NULL pointer dereference. Add a check on es58x_dev->udev->serial before accessing it. | CVSS3: 5.5 | 0% Низкий | больше 1 года назад | |
CVE-2025-21772 In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: partitions: mac: fix handling of bogus partition table Fix several issues in partition probing: - The bailout for a bad partoffset must use put_dev_sector(), since the preceding read_part_sector() succeeded. | CVSS3: 7.1 | 0% Низкий | больше 1 года назад |
