CVE-2024-5967
A vulnerability was found in Keycloak. The LDAP testing endpoint allows changing the Connection URL independently without re-entering the currently configured LDAP bind credentials. This flaw allows an attacker with admin access (permission manage-realm) to change the LDAP host URL ("Connection URL") to a machine they control. The Keycloak server will connect to the attacker's host and try to authenticate with the configured credentials, thus leaking them to the attacker. As a consequence, an attacker who has compromised the admin console or compromised a user with sufficient privileges can leak domain credentials and attack the domain.
CVE-2024-5953
A denial of service vulnerability was found in the 389-ds-base LDAP server. This issue may allow an authenticated user to cause a server denial of service while attempting to log in with a user with a malformed hash in their password.
CVE-2024-58375
OpenTofu versions 1.8.0 through 1.8.2 do not properly restrict sensitive variables and locals when users have opted into static evaluation of module sources, versions, and backend configurations. As a result, values marked as sensitive may be exposed through these configuration elements instead of producing an error. This is fixed in OpenTofu 1.8.3, which adds explicit errors to prevent the use of sensitive values in these contexts.
CVE-2024-58340
LangChain versions up to and including 0.3.1 contain a regular expression denial-of-service (ReDoS) vulnerability in the MRKLOutputParser.parse() method (libs/langchain/langchain/agents/mrkl/output_parser.py). The parser applies a backtracking-prone regular expression when extracting tool actions from model output. An attacker who can supply or influence the parsed text (for example via prompt injection in downstream applications that pass LLM output directly into MRKLOutputParser.parse()) can trigger excessive CPU consumption by providing a crafted payload, causing significant parsing delays and a denial-of-service condition.
CVE-2024-58266
The shlex crate before 1.2.1 for Rust allows unquoted and unescaped instances of the { and \xa0 characters, which may facilitate command injection.
CVE-2024-58262
The curve25519-dalek crate before 4.1.3 for Rust has a constant-time operation on elliptic curve scalars that is removed by LLVM.
CVE-2024-58261
The sequoia-openpgp crate 1.13.0 before 1.21.0 for Rust allows an infinite loop of "Reading a cert: Invalid operation: Not a Key packet" messages for RawCertParser operations that encounter an unsupported primary key type.

CVE-2024-58240
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tls: separate no-async decryption request handling from async If we're not doing async, the handling is much simpler. There's no reference counting, we just need to wait for the completion to wake us up and return its result. We should preferably also use a separate crypto_wait. I'm not seeing a UAF as I did in the past, I think aec7961916f3 ("tls: fix race between async notify and socket close") took care of it. This will make the next fix easier.
CVE-2024-58239
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tls: stop recv() if initial process_rx_list gave us non-DATA If we have a non-DATA record on the rx_list and another record of the same type still on the queue, we will end up merging them: - process_rx_list copies the non-DATA record - we start the loop and process the first available record since it's of the same type - we break out of the loop since the record was not DATA Just check the record type and jump to the end in case process_rx_list did some work.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: consider that tail calls invalidate packet pointers Tail-called programs could execute any of the helpers that invalidate packet pointers. Hence, conservatively assume that each tail call invalidates packet pointers. Making the change in bpf_helper_changes_pkt_data() automatically makes use of check_cfg() logic that computes 'changes_pkt_data' effect for global sub-programs, such that the following program could be rejected: int tail_call(struct __sk_buff *sk) { bpf_tail_call_static(sk, &jmp_table, 0); return 0; } SEC("tc") int not_safe(struct __sk_buff *sk) { int *p = (void *)(long)sk->data; ... make p valid ... tail_call(sk); *p = 42; /* this is unsafe */ ... } The tc_bpf2bpf.c:subprog_tc() needs change: mark it as a function that can invalidate packet pointers. Otherwise, it can't be freplaced with tailcall_freplace.c:entry_freplace() that does a tail call.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: vmxnet3: Fix packet corruption in vmxnet3_xdp_xmit_frame Andrew and Nikolay reported connectivity issues with Cilium's service load-balancing in case of vmxnet3. If a BPF program for native XDP adds an encapsulation header such as IPIP and transmits the packet out the same interface, then in case of vmxnet3 a corrupted packet is being sent and subsequently dropped on the path. vmxnet3_xdp_xmit_frame() which is called e.g. via vmxnet3_run_xdp() through vmxnet3_xdp_xmit_back() calculates an incorrect DMA address: page = virt_to_page(xdpf->data); tbi->dma_addr = page_pool_get_dma_addr(page) + VMXNET3_XDP_HEADROOM; dma_sync_single_for_device(&adapter->pdev->dev, tbi->dma_addr, buf_size, DMA_TO_DEVICE); The above assumes a fixed offset (VMXNET3_XDP_HEADROOM), but the XDP BPF program could have moved xdp->data. While the passed buf_size is correct (xdpf->len), the dma_addr needs to have a dynamic offset which can be calcu...

CVE-2024-58093
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: PCI/ASPM: Fix link state exit during switch upstream function removal Before 456d8aa37d0f ("PCI/ASPM: Disable ASPM on MFD function removal to avoid use-after-free"), we would free the ASPM link only after the last function on the bus pertaining to the given link was removed. That was too late. If function 0 is removed before sibling function, link->downstream would point to free'd memory after. After above change, we freed the ASPM parent link state upon any function removal on the bus pertaining to a given link. That is too early. If the link is to a PCIe switch with MFD on the upstream port, then removing functions other than 0 first would free a link which still remains parent_link to the remaining downstream ports. The resulting GPFs are especially frequent during hot-unplug, because pciehp removes devices on the link bus in reverse order. On that switch, function 0 is the virtual P2P bridge to the internal bus....

Call stack: block_write_begin() { jfs_write_failed() { jfs_truncate() { jfs_truncate_nolock() { txEnd() { ... log = JFS_SBI(tblk->sb)->log; // (log == NULL) If the `isReadOnly(ip)` condition is triggered in `jfs_truncate_nolock`, the function execution will stop, and no further data modification will occur. Instead, the `xtTruncate` function will be called with the "COMMIT_WMAP" flag, preventing modifications in "read-only" mode. | CVSS3: 5.5 | 0% Низкий | больше 1 года назад | |
CVE-2024-58093 In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: PCI/ASPM: Fix link state exit during switch upstream function removal Before 456d8aa37d0f ("PCI/ASPM: Disable ASPM on MFD function removal to avoid use-after-free"), we would free the ASPM link only after the last function on the bus pertaining to the given link was removed. | CVSS3: 5.5 | 0% Низкий | больше 1 года назад |
