Moreover, the Apache service httpd.exe will try to execute cmd.exe from C:\PandoraFMS (the current directory) as NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM upon web requests to the portal. This will effectively allow non-privileged users to escalate privileges to NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM.
